What we collect
When you submit a request, we collect what you type in the form, plus the page you were on and how you found the site (for example the referring site or ad campaign). If you call or text our number, our phone provider records the number you called from and the time of the call. It also keeps any voicemail, text message or photo you send.
Who we share it with
We share your request with one independent restoration company serving your area so they can contact you about it. The local company we refer you to may pay us for our referral service. Otherwise we share your information only with the service providers that run this website, our phone line and our email, or when the law requires it.
Calls
Calls to our number are forwarded to the restoration company and may be recorded for quality and to confirm the referral; you'll hear a notice at the start of the call if it is. North Carolina allows a call to be recorded with one party's consent; we give the notice anyway so you know.
Cookies and analytics
We may use Google Analytics to see how the site is used, such as pages viewed, clicks on the phone number and form submissions. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your IP address and device information; you can block it in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). We don't run advertising trackers. The form remembers your ZIP code in your browser for the visit only.
